When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 7 business days of cleared payment or sooner, excluding weekends and holidays or other preset dates which will be posted on our storefront page in advance. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Just email us what you are looking for (colors, size, style, quanity, etc.) and we will work with you to create that "something special" just for you! Custom orders can take up to two weeks to complete. Once we get all the details of the order from you, we can email you an approximate ship date.
What payments do you accept?
We accept money orders and Paypal. Money orders and echecks through Paypal must first clear before your order will be shipped. We do not and will not accept personal checks.

How will my bows arrive?
All hair bows will arrive to you mounted on to a bow card! Hair bows that may get crushed in the mail are shipped in sturdy, brand new boxes and packed securely! Clips and clippies are usually shipped in poly mailers.
